What are the Differences Between Coaching and Counselling? 

Coaching provides a confidential space to collaborate, to find clarity, and to bounce off ideas to get direction, among other goals. Therapy will become critical if debilitating fear, despair, anger, depression, suicidal thoughts, hopeless feelings, anxiety, and other such thoughts or emotions have developed in response to life's challenges. 

 

No man is an island, we all need someone to lean on at some point, but we want that space to be trusting, confidential, authentic, and healing, right?
